Ray & Carol Dadswell - E Sussex

Ray is fully involved in outreach to international students and immigrant families in East Sussex.

Carol spends a lot of time travelling either to provide training for volunteers who will be working with the LIFE exhibition around the country, or to meetings and conferences to provide the Bible teaching. She also runs a regular Bible study with people who are new to the Christian faith in our church.

Eastbourne International Church:

Sunday afternoon services with Bible teaching; music and prayer on weeknight evenings.

Eastbourne International Cafe:

Friday evenings, offering "a place to make friends, practise the English language and learn about the Christian faith".

University of Sussex Christian Union:

Regularly on campus, during term-time, to encourage and support students in their witness and outreach.

People Matter, Eastbourne:

A Christian charity which helps people into employment; many clients come from overseas.

Eastbourne newspapers:

Writing a weekly Christian column, "Pause for Thought"

Family:

Married to Carol, we have two grown-up sons, with their families: Ed and Adrian.
