Heather Smith - Essex

I’m Heather Smith based in Essex, my aim in life is to tell people of all ages about the love of Jesus and challenge them to think about their relationship with Him and to encourage those who know him to grow in their faith.

School assemblies at local primary schools are a time when I can tell stories from the Bible. I aim to tell them in a memorable way, as for many it may be the only time they have a chance to hear them.

Holiday clubs, where I’m able to teach the children of God’s love for them and how they can become part of His family.

NYCH

NCYH- I help with the running of youth holidays with NCYH.co.uk, it’s a time to encourage, support and challenge young people in their faith.

Mid week church groups are a time when I share a genuine view of what it means to be a Christian.

Working with churches I present the Christian message in an accessible way during their Sunday services.

Broomfield Road Evangelical Church (BREC) is my home church in Chelmsford, it’s great to be able to be a witness within my local community; I am a familiar face to many of the families and they associate me with the church.

Home life -I relax by gardening and spending time with my family.
