Andy & Isobel Hodson
Andy leads the Lakeside estate Church Plant in Stourbridge (West Midlands) which meets at Withymoor Primary School and has previously been involved in other church plant in the area. Andy and Isobel joined Counties with Church Planting Initiative from January 2009 and have three daughters.

Matt & Claire Merriam
Matt & Claire are the leaders of an independent evangelical church plant called Birchfield Church in the middle of a housing estate on the eastern side of Yeovil, Somerset that they started in November 2006 with Kelton Black and Church Planting Initiative. They have two little girls (Annabelle & Sophie) and are passionate about seeing holistic peace and prosperity come to the people living on the estate through the grace and peace of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and believe that the local church is God's chosen and often best vehicle for getting that message and transformation to the people who need it most.
