There is a small team that works for and on behalf of Counties, based in Westbury Wiltshire, providing invaluable support and back-up for all aspects of the work.
John Wilkes (CEO) I have worked as a Minister, an Evangelist and also as a Design and Technology teacher. As CEO, I am entrusted with providing leadership and vision for Counties. My heart is for connecting people and promoting evangelism. My wife, Brenda and I live in Hilperton and support the Kingfisher Church plant in Trowbridge. We have three children and five grandchildren. Eph. 3:20-21 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Jonathan Brooks-Martin (Office Manager) Before coming to Counties I worked in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation unit in London, studied at the London School of Theology, and spent three and a half years working in a church. My role at Counties involves overseeing finance, admin, publicity and general office activities. My wife and my three children live in Westbury and I am in leadership at Warminster Baptist Church. Prov. 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Margaret Jack (Finance Secretary) My husband and I own and operate a dairy and arable farm in Dorset, which I continue to do alongside my work at Counties. My tasks involve the financial side of the organisation. I have two daughters, one working at Monkton School in Bath and the other serving the Lord in Lebanon, and have five grandchildren. We attend Blandford Evangelical Church. Phil. 4:13 “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”
